Partner Requirements

Turnkey Logistics for University Partners

We have designed the Art & AI Bootcamp to be as seamless as possible for our academic partners to host. We provide the curriculum, instructors, and marketing assets, while the university handles the on-the-ground venue and student outreach.

University Responsibilities

What we need from you to ensure a successful event.

1

Location & Tech

A lecture hall, large studio, or classroom capable of holding the registered number of students. The room must have reliable Wi-Fi, a projector or large screen for the instructor, and accessible power outlets for student laptops.

2

Catering

Provide lunch for attendees and instructors during the scheduled 1-hour break. Keeping students on-site ensures the bootcamp maintains its momentum and allows for peer networking before transitioning into the afternoon workstations.

3

Material Distribution

Distribute the provided promotional materials (emails, digital flyers) to your student body, alumni, and faculty lists to drive registration and ensure the workshop reaches the creatives who will benefit most.

Our Responsibilities

What the bootcamp team provides for your campus.

Promotional Assets

We will design and develop all promotional materials. You will receive a complete media kit including email copy, digital flyers, and social media graphics tailored to your university to make distribution effortless.

Curriculum & Instruction

Professor Josh Kaisen and guest instructors will deliver the full 5-hour program, facilitating both the morning seminars and the hands-on technical workstations.

Technical Resources

We handle the setup for AI tools, IDEs, and prompt libraries. Students will not be required to purchase any software to participate in the bootcamp exercises.

Resource Access Portal

Every attendee will receive access to a password-protected digital hub containing our proprietary privacy checklists, code templates, and deployment guides.
