Reclaim your studio time. Learn to use AI to help with the not-so-fun parts of sharing your art—from writing emails to galleries and applying for funding, to sorting your receipts—so you can focus on what you do best: creating.
Writing applications for funding or reaching out to local shops can be exhausting and intimidating. In this session, you will learn how to take a messy "brain dump" of your ideas and use AI to organize it into a clear, confident message that still sounds like you.
Act as a helpful writing assistant. I am applying for a local community arts grant that requires a 250-word explanation of my project.
THE QUESTION:
"How will your project engage with and benefit the local Pearland community?"
MY RAW NOTES:
- Want to do a series of 5 watercolor postcards.
- Focus on historic downtown spots that people walk by every day.
- I'm going to give away 100 sets for free at the local farmer's market.
- Goal: Make people feel proud of where they live and notice the small beautiful things.
TASK:
Turn my raw notes into a clear, passionate 250-word answer. Keep the language grounded, warm, and easy for anyone to understand.Sharing and selling your art requires a lot of emails and organizing. Here is how you can use AI as a personal helper to handle the repetitive tasks that drain your creative energy.
Create a folder of AI-generated email templates. Ask the AI to help you draft polite ways to say no to projects that don't pay enough, explain how much you charge to new buyers, or follow up after showing someone your art.
Use AI tools to clean up messy lists. You can paste a disorganized list of art supply receipts and ask the AI to turn them into a neat list, making tax season much less stressful.
Draft simple questionnaires for people who want custom art. Have the AI write up a basic agreement so you and your buyer are always on the same page about what you are making, how many changes they get, and when they need to pay.
Stop stressing over daily posts. Give the AI photos of your recent work and ask it to write a month's worth of natural-sounding captions and hashtags so you can schedule them all at once.
